Oh, well, so this was probably not my first SF novel
(thou I am not so sure how far you could apply the term 'Science' fiction in terms of literary genre), but it was definitely the most philosophically impressive and and technologically timely work that I have ever read.
I would love to write a few quotes from the book, but the thing is, this book does not have much dialogue that delivers hidden messages or implications.
Rather, it depicts the chronicle of a software program from its birth to death(can we describe this as the death of an application? or the death of a fad?) and the struggle it accompanies.
It is more than worth reading. Go check out the reviews first.
You will be fascinated, too!
